When you submit the consultation request form we receive the name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, chosen area of consultation, preferred format, preferred date and time, and any message you choose to write.
If you contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you send in that message.
Why we hold it
Your details are used only to contact you about your request, to arrange a consultation, and to prepare for that consultation. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Birth details and consultation notes
Birth details, Kundali information and anything discussed during a consultation are treated as confidential and are used only for your consultation.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of consultations. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.
Third parties
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request data such as IP address for security and delivery. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Submitted form details may be delivered to the clinic by email.
No advertising or analytics trackers are placed on this site.
