Booking a consultation
Submitting the request form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The clinic will contact you to confirm the date, time and format. An appointment is confirmed only once the clinic has done so.
Accuracy of the details you provide
Consultations that depend on birth details, property details or similar information rely on the accuracy of what you supply. Please tell the clinic if any detail is approximate or uncertain.
Fees, rescheduling and cancellation
Consultation fees, and any rescheduling or cancellation arrangements, are confirmed directly with the clinic when your appointment is arranged.
Conduct of consultations
Consultations are conducted privately and respectfully. Recording a consultation requires the prior agreement of the practitioner.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to the clinic and may not be reproduced without permission.
